Our coaching practice is led by a Certified Money Coach (CMC), a credential awarded by the Money Coaching Institute. Drawing on this methodology, we help clients bring greater awareness and intention to their financial, professional, and personal lives, and ensure their financial decisions reflect their values and long-term objectives.
MONEY COACHING
We offer Money Coaching in both individual and group settings, helping clients develop a holistic understanding of their financial lives.
Individual & Couples Coaching
Our one-on-one coaching sessions help clients better understand their relationship with money. Where that relationship is a difficult one, we look at what is driving it. Is it rooted in ego? A pattern of overspending or under-earning? A sense of having little control over your financial life? Together, we identify the root causes of these patterns and build a strong financial foundation and support system you can rely on through every stage of life.
You will come away with:
- A clear understanding of your money history and the patterns that help or hinder you
- Defined goals, a practical plan, and a realistic budget for a stronger financial future
- Personalized guidance through major life transitions, including engagement, marriage, having children, parenting, divorce, and retirement
Sessions are available for women, men, and couples.
Money Talk Is the New Girl Talk
Our women’s coaching sessions offer a space to explore your financial beliefs, fears, and aspirations. Together, we examine long-held assumptions about money, uncover your inner money warrior, and develop an actionable, sustainable roadmap to help you thrive.
Men & Money
Many men feel they are expected to be financially knowledgeable and “successful.” In reality, plenty of men don’t fit that socially and culturally defined expectation, and there is nothing wrong with that. For those who do consider their financial lives successful, coaching offers a way to become more intentional with money or to communicate more effectively with a partner about finances.
In This Together
Every couple has its own money dynamic, but are your current roles and attitudes toward money serving your relationship? In our experience, many couples avoid discussing finances until a major conflict arises. We work with engaged, newlywed, and married couples to foster open, productive dialogue, so you can become trusting financial partners with a shared roadmap for today and for the future.

Unmasked Money
Holistic Group Coaching Packages
By working in a small group setting, you’ll be able to connect with myself and other women (and sometimes couples) to have an open and safe dialogue about money. Group coaching allows us to find common ground, realize we’re not alone, and eventually eradicate feelings of guilt, shame, insecurity, or fear around money. Among many topics, I’ll guide the group through areas such as:
- How to become the “driver” in our financial lives as opposed to the “passenger”
- Cultivating a non-judgemental and nurturing mentality towards the self and others with respect to our financial lives
- Candid yet safe environment where we can talk about everything that encapsulates our financial lives – the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between.
